The Democratic Alliance (DA) says it’s all systems go ahead of its Gauteng Manifesto launch place on Tuesday at Johannesburg, Beyers Naude Square in the CBD.
The launch comes ahead of the 2024 national and general elections, a poll the opposition party says will mark a transition from corruption and state collapse.
Franco van der Berg said the Gauteng Manifesto launch is a result of years of hard work, oversight inspections, voter engagements, intensive strategy, governance, and political readiness sessions.
“Gauteng is at an impasse, and come election day, alongside our fellow South Africans, we will oust a corrupt and inept government. The undeniable reality is that standing between Gauteng and prosperity, is electing a competent government that can bring crucial change” he said .
