Pretoria’s streets were filled with a powerful parade of uniformed law enforcement officers marking the 70th anniversary of the 1956 Women’s March, culminating at the Union Buildings.
President Cyril Ramaphosa headlined the commemoration with a theme of empowerment, paying tribute to liberation icons while calling for an end to gender-based violence.
