IN a media briefing on Sunday, EFF President Julius Malema outlined the party’s plans of winning an outright victory in the coming elections, in line with the people and not coalitions, he said.
The Commander-in-Chief was updating the media on the outcomes of the 20th Central Command Team meeting of the 2nd National People’s Assembly held earlier in Kempton Park.
Malema outlined the party’s “Road to Victory” Manual which presents the phases of their approach to elections, namely the Mayihlome, Mamela and Tshela Thupa phases.
The Mayihlome phase entails the systematic conversion of party structures into elections task forces, with the primary responsibility of organising, mobilising and coordinating all work in relation to the elections, with the Central Command Team (CCT) being converted into the Central Elections Task Force (CETF) and similarly down the party structure until the end of elections and the reinstatement of the constitutional structures.
