THE MAN accused of killing Tshegofatso Pule briefly appeared in the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday but refused to apply for bail.
Police arrested 31-year-old Muzikayise Malephane on his way from Mpumalanga on Monday.
The body of the 28-year-old pregnant Pule was found with stab wounds hanging from a tree in Roodepoort.
Pule was buried last week at her home in Soweto.
The case has been postponed to 24 June.
The suspect will remain in police custody until the next court appearance.
