FORMER president Jacob Zuma will appear at the hearing of the contempt of court application against him in the Constitutional Court.
The contempt case against former president Zuma will be heard in the Constitutional Court on Thursday.
Zuma was given until 8 March to file his replying affidavit.
He has however made no submissions to the court.
Zuma faces possible arrest after refusing to obey a court order to appear at the same inquiry.
Zuma, who denies any wrongdoing, failed to have Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo recuse himself from the corruption inquiry and chose not to recognise its authority, saying Zondo is biased against him.
The state capture commission applied for a contempt of court order after Zuma failed to heed the ruling ordering him to appear.
The commission wants Zuma put in jail for two years for this.
It argues that Zuma’s public attacks on the inquiry and judicial institutions are unjustified, untruthful and malicious.
