The Gauteng High Court has handed down a ruling in favour of the Economic Freedom Fighters leader, Julius Malema, in the matter against social media commentator Musa Khawula.
The High Court has found that Khawula wrote defamatory, untrue, and unlawful accusations about Malema, his wife, Mantoa Matlala, regarding their marital status.
The Gauteng High Court has ordered controversial entertainment blogger, Khawula, to apologise to Malema for making defamatory comments about him.
Khawula falsely claimed on a post on X (Twitter) that Malema was divorced from his wife.
