I am outta here... Reactions to ANC MP resignations

The flurry of ANC MP resignations barely a week after President Cyril Ramaphosa’s cabinet announcement has sent the Twitterrati into overdrive.

It also comes just days before Ramaphosa delivers his second State of the Nation Address (SONA 2019), where he will outline the vision and plans for the country.

Some are tweeting that this latest round of resignations should serve as a worrying trend for Ramaphosa.

All these resignations by ANC MP's in Parliament are a vote of no confidence in @CyrilRamaphosa leadership, he must be worried.

Others are saying there are other, perhaps, more sinister motives at work.

The only time we had high volume of resignations in the ANC was when those MPs resigned from cabinet and executive in protest against TM's removal…
