COSATU has lambasted the ANC for failing to take action against Secretary-General Ace Magashule.
Magashule is facing fraud and corruption charges related to the controversial R255 asbestos audit tender in the Free State.
Cosatu said the governing party should deal decisively with Magashule and set an example for the country.

Losi said no one was above the law and the resolutions of the party.

Magashule was speaking to members of the media during a door-to-door campaign in Naledi, Soweto, where he said the governing party had come to thank residents for voting for it in the recent by-elections.
